About the Role

ATS는 고객과 Offshore 개발조직 간의 원활한 협업을 지원하고, 프로젝트 일정·품질·산출물 관리는 물론 기술 커뮤니케이션을 수행할 Project Management Associate(PMA)를 모집합니다.

본 포지션은 한국 고객사와 베트남 Offshore 개발팀을 연결하는 Bridge 역할을 수행하며, 프로젝트 전 과정에서 이해관계자 간 원활한 협업을 지원합니다.

프로젝트 관리 담당자 (Project Management Associate, PMA / BrSE)

[주요 업무]

• 고객 및 Offshore 개발팀과의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 지원
• 한국 고객사와 베트남 개발팀 간 비즈니스 및 기술 요구사항 조율
• 프로젝트 일정, 진척, 산출물 및 문서 관리
• 요구사항 분석, 개발, 테스트, 납품 등 프로젝트 전 단계 지원
• 회의 통역 및 기술 문서 번역(필요 시)
• 프로젝트 이슈 및 리스크 관리
• 프로젝트 품질관리 및 PMO 업무 지원
• 고객 대응 및 프로젝트 운영 지원
• 프로젝트 현황 보고 자료 작성

[자격요건]

• 관련 경력 1년 이상
• PMO, BrSE, BA 또는 IT 프로젝트 운영 경험
• 한국어 업무 수행 가능자(TOPIK 6급 또는 이에 준하는 수준)
• 국내 취업 및 체류 가능한 비자 보유(D10, F2, F5, F6 등)
• SDLC, Agile 및 Waterfall에 대한 이해
• SRS 이해 및 기본적인 프로젝트·기술 문서 작성 가능자
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
• 해외출장에 결격사유가 없는 분

[우대사항]

• IT 관련 전공(학사 이상)
• AI, Cloud, ERP, Digital Transformation 프로젝트 경험
• Offshore 개발 프로젝트 경험
• 소프트웨어 개발, BA, PM 또는 BrSE 경험
• 한국어·베트남어를 활용한 기술 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum 등 관련 자격 보유자

[Key Responsibilities]

• Coordinate communication between Korean customers, onsite stakeholders, and offshore development teams.
• Bridge business and technical requirements between customers and the Vietnam offshore development team.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Participate throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, technical documents, and deliverables.
• Interpret meetings and translate business or technical documents when required.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and action items while supporting timely resolution.
• Support project governance, quality assurance, customer communication, and PMO activities.
• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.

[Required Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, BrSE, BA, or Software Project Management.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent).
• Valid visa allowing employment or residence in Korea (D10, F2, F5, F6, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to understand Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and prepare basic project or technical documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multicultural environments.
• No restrictions on overseas business travel.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• IT-related major (Bachelor's degree or higher).
• Experience in AI, Cloud, ERP, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience working with offshore development organizations.
• Experience in software development, BA, PM, or BrSE roles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in Korean and Vietnamese.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications.
